Arati is the morning and evening prayer that is sung with the waving of lights, in honor of Bhagawan Nityananda.

Guru Gita is a sacred text consisting of mantras that describe the nature of the Guru, the Guru-disciple relationship, and techniques of meditation on the Guru. Guru Gita literally means the song of the Guru.

Satsang literally means the company of the Truth. Each week we gather together for the purpose of chanting, meditation, and listening to scriptural teachings or readings.
